After receiving the total amount of your order (commission costs are charged to the customer) we’ll send you the tracking number of your order with the confirmation email so you can track your package online. No order will be sent without a phone number reference.

 

12. Precios y tasas
The prices shown in your shopping cart include value-added tax (VAT/IVA) but don’t include shipping costs. These will be calculated when processing the order.

 

13. Refunds
Important: orders that are already in the preparation process will not be able to be modified or canceled.
In case of error, the purchaser has a period of 72 hours after receipt of the order to carry out the corresponding claim by sending a mail to info@purplecitygenetics.eu.

Products must be returned within 14 business days after your order was delivered by sending an email to info@purplecitygenetics.eu. In 24 hours you’ll receive all the instructions to proceed. This is the most effective and easy method.
All claims and refunds are a priority but we won’t accept second claims or claims after 3 months from the purchase date.

Purple City Genetics International SLU will refund the amount received from the user through the same payment method selected for the purchase, except in cash-on-delivery shipments and bitcoin payments if these are ever established as valid payment methods by this site. In these cases the amount will be reimbursed through bank transfer to the user account (or any other method agreed by both parties); and within 14 calendar days from the user’s withdrawal notification. The purchaser can also get a voucher for the same amount of the purchase, which he/she can use within 6 months from its reception.

14. Warranties
In accordance with the current regulations RDL 1/2007 of 16 November, all products of lasting nature without expiry date will have a warranty of 2 years.

Después de los 6 primeros meses y hasta los 2 años, serà necesario una valoración experta del producto para comprobar si el fallo proviene de su manufactura o del mal uso que se le haya podido dar.
The warranty will not be valid in products damaged from impacts, cuts misuse or improper use, washing or handling.
In case that the product is replaced, the warranty won’t be extended but will be the same as when the first product was delivered.

15. Cannabis seed sales
The Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs (1961) amended by the Protocol of 1972 and ratified by the Spanish State, provides the control of flowering or fruiting tops of the cannabis plant, as well as resin obtained from the cannabis plant, but explicitly excludes seeds. Purple City Genetics International SLU exclusively sells seeds for study, collection or souvenir.
Purple City Genetics International SLU does not want to induce anyone to act in conflict with their country’s current law. It is the duty of the user to be aware of the laws in his/her country regarding cannabis germination and flowering.
The user agrees not to use the services and contents of the website to carry out illicit activities that may constitute a crime and/or infringe the copyrights or patent rights or any other rules of the applicable legislation.Purple City Genetics International SLU encourages its users to act responsibly.
Purple City Genetics International SLU does not accept responsibility for any misuse of the seeds we sell and it is not responsible for illegal uses of our products carried out by third parties.

 

16. Applicable law, jurisdiction and settlement of on-line complaints
Estos términos y condiciones generales se establecen según la legislación española.
Purple City Genetics International SLU and the user, both parties expressly waive any other privileges that might correspond to them and agree to submit to the jurisdiction and exclusive competence of the Law Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, Spain for any controversy that may be derived from the application of any services rendered and which are the object of these Conditions for Use.

 

17. Limitation of liability
Possession of cannabis seeds is not a criminal offense in Spain (1961 Vienna Convention). Cannabis cultivation may be subject to administrative and criminal sanctions (Art.25.1 of Organic Law on the Protection of Citizens Security and Art. 368 of Penal Code). Purchasing seeds for collecting or agricultural research is legal in Spain, as well as in Ireland, England, Scotland, Holland, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Poland, Italy and Japan.
We ship our seeds with the restriction that no third parties will use them against the law. This trade doesn’t force or induce to act against the law. We explicitly indicate that the purchaser of our seeds will be responsible for his/her future acts. In the event of being used for human consumption the responsibility lies on the purchaser, and our company accepts no responsibility for that. We strongly recommend being informed on the regulations and laws of your country.
Purchasing these products from countries where cannabis seeds are illegal is prohibited, for example: USA, Canada, Australia, eastern countries or any other country where possessing cannabis seeds is illegal. We will not ship seeds to any of these countries under no circumstances.
However, if a person from another country irresponsibly purchases any of these products without knowing the laws in his/her country, our company shall not be liable for the possible legal problems derived from this purchase, and will not redeem any amount for goods being held or confiscated by customs.
